Using CampusPrep

These terms apply whenever you use campusprep.in. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

What CampusPrep is

CampusPrep is a study site for RGPV B.Tech students. It is not an official RGPV website. Official notices, results and exam timetables are published on rgpv.ac.in.

Your account

  • Give accurate details when you set up your account, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Accounts, and any Gold Pass bought on them, are for one person. Do not share your login.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • copy, scrape or bulk-download the study material, or try to get around the protections on documents;
  • sell or republish material from the site;
  • upload notes, files or chats that you do not have the right to share, or that are unlawful or abusive;
  • use the AI assistant for anything unlawful, or to produce spam;
  • attack the site, overload it with automated requests, or get around its usage limits.

Study material and accuracy

  • Syllabus pages are built from RGPV’s official scheme and syllabus documents.
  • Previous year papers are converted from scanned PDFs into text with the help of AI models.
  • Short notes and important questions are prepared with the help of AI models.

Mistakes can slip through. Check the official syllabus and notices before relying on anything for an exam, and tell us about errors at [email protected]. CampusPrep does not promise any result or mark.

The AI assistant

Answers are written by AI models and can be wrong, so check them against your study material. Daily message limits apply and depend on your plan. What you send in a chat goes to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

Notes, annotations, chats and files you add remain yours. You allow CampusPrep to store and process them to run the site, including sending chat content to AI providers. A chat you share can be read by anyone with its link until you stop sharing it.

Gold Pass and payments

  • The price is shown in Indian rupees on the Gold Pass page and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
  • A Gold Pass covers one branch and one semester: the ones saved on your account, which checkout shows before you pay. You can change them on your account before you buy.
  • It lasts until the RGPV exam date on record for that branch and semester. If no exam date is on record, it lasts 180 days from the purchase.
  • It is a one-time payment. It does not renew and you are not charged again unless you buy again.
  • A valid coupon lowers the price shown at checkout.
  • Documents bought on their own follow the same rule: access lasts until the exam date on record, or 180 days.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, limits and prices. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.

Limits of responsibility

CampusPrep is provided as it is, as a study aid. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always online, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
