What to include
- A payment or Gold Pass
- The Razorpay payment ID from your invoice. Signed in, you will find every invoice under Billing & Invoices.
- A mistake in the material
- The link to the page and what looks wrong: a missing unit, a wrong year, a question that did not convert properly.
- Your account or your data
- What you would like changed. Requests for a copy of your data or for deleting your account are handled by email; see the Privacy Policy.

CampusPrep is not an official RGPV website and cannot help with university processes. Results, exam forms, timetables and revaluation are handled on rgpv.ac.in.
